Jinksys sexy ribs with JD BBQ sauce
Recipe number 7 for the cook book.
Need to back the spice off a bit but that’s the sexiness in the sexy ribs, and you are what you eat 😉🤤
Hickory smoked with a home made rub and sauce makes the lamb beef and pork ribs into one of the best dishes done yet!!!!
Any ideas for the next challenge will be considered.

What a month!!!
From chasing Murray cod in central Victoria, trolling the southern ocean for southern blue fin tuna and fishing the billfish shootout out in port Stephens.
Let’s hope there’s more months ahead just like this 👌🤘👍🐠🦈🐟🎣

Prawn and green bean salad
Straight out of issue 161 of the Woolworths fresh magazine, with a bit of a Jinksy twist.
I used green prawns, oil and garlic straight on the red hot Webber grill.
