2018-2023: My Fitness Journey 🏋️♀️💪
From starting with 5-6 workouts a week, I was determined to gain muscle! 😡 After giving birth, I shifted to a more balanced fitness routine. In 2021, I focused on shedding fat quickly, but without heavy lifting, my muscles disappeared, leaving me slim but without definition.
I turned to home workouts with light weights and cardio. In early 2022, I finally returned to the gym, now working out 3 times a week in a more balanced way. 🏢
My diet has gone from strict to flexible as fitness became a part of my life. 🍏🍔
Remember, it's not just about the body; it's about the mindset and growth on this fitness journey. To all my new gym buddies, keep going! ⛽️

Don’t be panic with your weight all the time. Doing what you’re enjoying and waiting for the body re-composition.

Squatting every day will undoubtedly ramp up the amount of volume that you're putting on certain muscle groups. This will in turn allow you to steadily progress in your training while getting through any plateaus you might hit
