Striking Shuttles Holiday Program is back this January. If you’re looking for an active and fun way to keep your kids engaged during the break, this program is perfect for ages 6–16.

Program Dates:

📅 19–23 January

Session Times:
📍 ACM Point Cook: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
📍 Eagle Stadium Werribee: 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm

Pricing:
💲 $250 for 5 days
💲 $480 for 10 days

Exciting news for our community!

We’re opening expressions of interest for a new Striking Shuttles training centre at 48 Saintly Dr, Truganina. The sessions here will be run by our experienced coaching team.

We’re still finalising the days and timings. If you’d like to move your child to this centre, or join as a new student, please send us a DM with the days and times that suit you. Your input will help us set up the schedule in the best way possible.

Collecting shuttlecocks after training might seem like a small task, but it builds habits that shape great players. Here’s why this simple routine matters:

🏸 That’s a wrap from the Amazing Thailand BWF World Senior Championships 2025! 🇹🇭✨

Coach Ankur and Coach Masami gave it their all on court and did Australia proud:

✔️ Men’s Doubles – Ankur bowed out in the Round of 32 against a strong Hong Kong pair.
✔️ Women’s Doubles – Masami reached the Quarterfinals, just one match shy of a medal, losing to Thailand.
✔️ Mixed Doubles – The highlight was their Round of 16 match together against none other than Indonesia’s Hendra Setiawan (Olympic Gold Medalist & 4x World Champion) and Debby Susanto.

It was an incredible experience where our coaches not only competed at the highest level, but also gained valuable lessons to bring back and share with the next generation of players. 🌟💪

A highlight for Australia at BWF World Senior Championships 2025 was our very own Masami Suzuki and Ankur Bhatia’s win over Canada’s Vong Kim and My-Linh Diep in the Mixed Doubles 35 Round of 64 (21–11, 16–21, 21–11). They play Sri Lanka next. Keep shining 🌟🧿

🏸 Amazing News from Striking Shuttles 🏸

We’re proud to share that our coaches Ankur and Masami have been selected to represent Australia at the upcoming World Senior Badminton Championships in Thailand. 🇦🇺✈️

They’ll be competing together in the Mixed Doubles 🏸, with Ankur also playing in Men’s Doubles 💥 and Masami in Women’s Doubles 🌟 with their partners.

This is a big achievement and a special moment for both of them, a chance to wear the green and gold 💚💛 on the world stage. Their hard work, consistency, and love for the game ❤️🏸 have brought them here, and it’s something we’re all proud of as a community. 🙌
