Hi Everyone!
I just thought I would do a quick introduction. My name is Bec and I am the face behind Bec B Fitness.
I became a certified personal trainer in 2021 during the numerous lockdowns we faced in Melbourne.
I have always had a passion for fitness and sport and I completed my Cert III and IV in Fitness because I wanted to be able to better train myself at the gym and at home. This turned into a passion for helping others on their fitness journey and I am now training and writing programs for people with various fitness goals such as fat loss and gaining muscle (just to name a couple)
I have set up my business as a Mobile Personal Trainer which means I will train you where it suits you (your home or your local park) - One on one or small group training!! So if you don't want to train alone, train with your friends π₯πββοΈ
I work full time in the corporate world so I understand having limited time to dedicate to fitness and I am here to help you reach your goals

Happy Saturday Everyone!! I am now able to take bookings for one on one personal training!!
Before starting training with me, I will take you through some pre screening questions to discuss your goals and your current fitness levels. I will also go through a basic fitness testing so I can determine your base level for where we should start so I can help you achieve your fitness goals! This can occur over one or two meetings (depending on how much time you can spare to go through this) Pre screening and fitness testing consultation/s are FREE
