Trainer Transformation 2.0 💪
Melbourne winters, heavy client training loads, and life priorities made me ease back on my own training schedule for a while.
This 8 weeks is going to be about longer-term sustainability and seeing if I can truly maintain these habits beyond just a challenge. It’s not going to simply end at the end of 8 weeks — this is more about accountability, staying consistent, and not giving up on myself.
Honestly, I’ve felt the frustration of pouring so much energy while letting my own goals slide into the background. There’s been moments where I’ve felt disconnected from myself, lacking consistency, and not feeling as strong mentally or physically as I know I can be. And if I’m being real, that’s been hard to admit as a trainer.
But for the next 8 weeks, I’m putting the focus back on myself and locking into a structured strength training plan.
This is NOT about weight loss.
This is about:
• Building muscle strength
• Progressive overload
• Training with purpose
• Fueling my body with more protein-rich foods
• Creating a stronger, leaner, athletic physique
My training style is going to change over these next 8 weeks, and I’ll be sharing the process through stories, posts, reels, accountability check-ins, wins, struggles, setbacks, self-doubt, breakthroughs, and everything in between.
No filters. No pretending to have it all together. Just showing up authentically, doing the work, and rebuilding myself one session at a time.
This journey is also for YOU.

With my robe on, messy bun tied up, oiled hair, frizzy hair sticking out, looking exhausted… this is probably 70% of my real “at home” ( homeless) look 😂
No filter. No makeup. No skincare. Just a tired mum trying to get through the day 😅
On toes whole day , sometimes brain fog,cleaning the same mess 20 times, cooking while someone’s crying, yelling from one room to another, answering “AMMA” every 2 seconds, and finally sitting down only to get back up again.
Some days I feel touched out, overstimulated, tired and completely drained. Some days I question if I’m doing enough.
But every single day… I still show up no matter what !!!
Behind every mum is a woman carrying a mental load nobody really sees. The multitasking , the remembering, the worrying, the loving, the sacrificing, the constant doing.
Motherhood is beautiful… but it’s also messy, loud, exhausting, emotional and relentless.
And somehow, between the chaos, we still keep everyone going ❤️
Happy Mother’s Day to all the mums out there - the tired mums, strong mums, emotional mums, working mums, stay-at-home mums and the mums just trying to survive the day. You are doing better than you think 🌺🌺☺️☺️😍😍.

I used to think the things that broke me or challenged me were ruining me or pulling me down.
Every trigger. Every stressful chapter. Every ending I didn’t choose. Every fear that felt too heavy to face.
But now I can se when I look back - all of it was shaping me into the woman I’m becoming. And honestly, fitness taught me that too.
⚡️Strength isn’t built in comfort.
⚡️Muscle isn’t built without resistance.
⚡️Growth doesn’t happen without being challenged.
Some days the uncertainty & setbacks still creeps in.
Healing - just like training isn’t linear.
But I’m learning that the moments that feel like “too much” are often the moments guiding us back to our truth.
The breakdowns. The pauses. The uncomfortable challenges and pressures.Sometimes they’re not punishments - they’re lessons.
A reminder to slow down, rebuild, and come back stronger. 💪✨
