"Confidence follows. It doesn't lead."
Nobody starts with enough. I didn't. Landed in Sydney with my wife and $6k, no network, no safety net under any of it.
What carried me through wasn't belief. Belief showed up later, once there was proof to back it up. What carried me through was doing the boring version of the work before any of that proof existed.
If you're building something from nothing right now: stop waiting to feel ready. Build the discipline first. The confidence follows, it doesn't lead.
