If you're ready for your next chapter, I invite you to join in on mine π
π My work has evolved. I am leaving the Braveheart name behind as I find new ways to support women who want to build meaningful careers. This is not the end, just a new adventure!
When I left my Accounting career behind to become a Change Manager, I knew I wanted to help other women make that same shift: taking their transferable skills and putting them to use in a dynamic and fulfilling field. Something that actually excited them.
π If that sounds like the kind of change you're after, join me over at https://www.instagram.com/michellejohns.official/. I'll be sharing plenty about my journey into Change Management, along with advice and information about starting your own journey.

I have some big news to share π
Over the past 6 years at Braveheart Coach Iβve walked alongside hundreds of women stepping into their very first leadership roles. Through this journey I have realised that many women donβt just want to lead people. They want to lead CHANGE π±
β This is why I'm evolving my work.
Iβm expanding my mission to support women who want to build meaningful, sustainable careers in CHANGE MANAGEMENT β a field where your leadership, empathy, and ability to influence transformation truly matters.
So today, Iβm excited to share my new account: https://www.instagram.com/michellejohns.official/
This is where Iβll be helping women transition into the field of Change Leadership. If youβre a woman who is:
π€ Already leading teams but craving deeper impact
π Ready for a career that aligns with your purpose
π©βπ« Looking for guidance from someone who made the leap herself
β¦then this new space is for you π
From Accountant to Change Leader, Iβve lived the career shift youβre dreaming about, and Iβm here to help you make it your reality.
This is the next evolution of Braveheart. We still need courage and compassion to lead change, but Iβm leaving the name Braveheart Coach behind. Not a goodbye, just a transformation! π
Iβd love to have you onboard as I continue to empower women who lead with heart, courage, and purpose.
Letβs lead change together. x Michelle

How are you going with the intentions you set for yourself at the start of January? If you've already found yourself lapsing back into old habits, you're not alone. By the end of January the shiny "new year" energy has faded and it's easy to slip back into the familiar and routine.
π₯ If you're looking for a bit of an end-of-month boost to bring back intentionality, I have an easy and fun micro-challenge for you.
For five days, take on these small actions to get yourself back into the mindset of purpose and momentum. Give it a try and let me know how it goes!

π Nobody likes having difficult conversations with a team member but it's a core part of leadership.
Pushing through that discomfort and having these conversations as promptly as possible is best for you AND your team. You get to address the issue before it snowballs any further, and the conversation is often less complicated because you are catching it so early.

The leadership landscape is always shifting. At the start of each year I find myself wondering which leadership qualities will be most valuable in the months ahead? What new blueprint for leadership will emerge as society, technology and business continues to advance? π€
These are my thoughts on 4 qualities leaders will need in 2026. When you put them all together I think it comes down to one important shift: less βdoingβ leadership, and more BEING a leader.
Do you agree with any of these traits, or do you have your own ideas? I'd love to hear what you think.

I get into the successes, the challenges and the raw experiences of my life and career, which have added up to lead me to where I am today π
I want to show how the things that shape us also impact how we show up at work and in life. I hope that you get something out of this discussion.

It's tempting to fall into the trap of thinking "I'll have made it as a leader when I [x]" or "I'll feel like a real leader when I [x]". But is this really true?
π Leaders need to be dynamic, always learning and growing, always open to new perspectives, ideas and opportunities. I have experienced this in my own career: there is still plenty to be surprised by and new directions to take my leadership in. And isn't that exciting?
Stay curious about the new directions you could take your leadership in this year. You never know what may come of it! π±

π Leadership is like an ocean: always shifting and bringing new things in with the tide, whether it's a new leadership style, new standards or new necessities in the fast-paced world we live in.
π§ In this week's episode of the Leading With a Brave Heart Podcast, I share my predictions for what leadership will look like in 2026.
I'll be covering whatβs needed from our leaders, what is valued in leadership, and most importantly, the shifts that leaders need to make internally in order to thrive in the year ahead.
