1. Having realistic expectations from day 1? Fat loss is an UP/DOWN journey and need to be treated carefully (ie just completely dropping your calorie intake and increasing your activity from day. One with no plan will only lead to failure and not to mention severely under eating.)

1️⃣ Put 2 25kgs or thickest plates you can find under the plates - this will help take two or 3 inches off the bottom of the movement, which will save your lower back and help those with the lack of flexibility, perform the movement safely

2️⃣ Maintain a strong spine angle, and imagine squeezing a tennis ball under your arms to activate your lats

As soon as you get the bar to your knees, hinge , your hips forward into the bar to finish in a strong position πŸ’ͺ🏼

They may start off strong but then lose motivation when they over do it and THINK THEIR FAILING because they missed a day or two πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

2️⃣ Overeating & have no idea how dense their food is: Men tend to eat larger portions than women and may not realize how many calories they are consuming. This can lead to overeating and difficulty losing fat. AND undereating, which ill touch on soon...

3️⃣ Poor food choices (❌eating emotions): Men often choose foods that are high in calories, sugar and unhealthy fats. These choices can hinder fat loss efforts and lead to weight gain.
