They may start off strong but then lose motivation when they over do it and THINK THEIR FAILING because they missed a day or two π€¦ββοΈ
2οΈβ£ Overeating & have no idea how dense their food is: Men tend to eat larger portions than women and may not realize how many calories they are consuming. This can lead to overeating and difficulty losing fat. AND undereating, which ill touch on soon...
3οΈβ£ Poor food choices (βeating emotions): Men often choose foods that are high in calories, sugar and unhealthy fats. These choices can hinder fat loss efforts and lead to weight gain.
