Burpees

This exercise is the king of cardio, even widely used in military exercises due to its high level of demand. It works more than 70% of the body! 🤩

Start with a standing position, then perform a push-up on the floor, return to a standing position and finish with a jump.

All movements should be performed continuously and it is recommended to repeat the exercise 6 to 8 times 😉.

You skip the warm-up and cool-down.

Warming up is a key component of any workout.

Take five minutes to get your blood pumping and loosen up the tissues around your joints. 😊

Try a brisk walk and some dynamic stretches to get your muscles primed and ready to work. 🚶♀️🚶♂️

Also stopping abruptly at the end of a workout is hard on your body. 😐

Take five minutes to calm things down by walking, stretching or doing gentle yoga moves before showering. 🤗
