🦶 Do you or someone you know have ankle or arch pain from tibialis posterior tendinopathy?
We are recruiting adults with diagnosed or suspected tibialis posterior tendinopathy (TPT) for a Victoria University pilot rehabilitation trial.
💪 Advice, education and exercise rehabilitation
🗓️ 12 weeks, with only three clinic visits
📍 Victoria University Osteopathy Teaching Clinic, Melbourne C*D
💸 Four $25 gift card vouchers provided as reimbursement
Participants will be randomly allocated to one of two groups. Both groups will receive current best-practice education and advice, and one group will receive an additional exercise program.
