Daisies for little Kiana’s first birthday today! Chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache filling, and coated in soft purple buttercream.
The party setup was beautiful too.

Daniel Tiger’s Neighbourhood cake today for my grandson’s 2nd birthday. This was an eggless chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache. Covered in fondant, everything is edible except the name plaque and sticks holding the decorations on top.

A cake for two special workmates birthdays! I’m really out of practice, but everyone liked it! Vanilla cake with lemon curd filling and American buttercream frosting!

My first cake since December! I must admit, I was a bit apprehensive about getting back into it!

This cake was to celebrate a 50th Wedding Anniversary. A simple cake to share with the family, it was a white chocolate mud cake, with a homemade raspberry coulis, and Italian meringue buttercream. Fondant butterflies, flowers, and edible gold details complete the look. (Client also added a cake topper)
