🤪 Do you notice your always child getting “wild” and “crazy” before bed? 👧🏻 Kids often seek input, specifically deep pressure (proprioceptive) input, at night before bed to help them regulate their body! 🛏 This can actually help their ability to go to sleep easier! ‼️Instead of telling them to “calm down” or “stop” try giving them an appropriate way to get the input they are seeking! 5️⃣ activities for try with your little one if you see them seeking increased sensory input at night ⬇️ 1. Animal walks 2. Pillow crashing 3. Squishes 4. Bouncing 5.
