10 CLASS PASS:
• Mind Body Studio Class x 10 -$260
• Group Fitness Centre Class x 10- $225

REFORMER PILATES MEMBERSHIPS:
• 2 sessions per week - $36
• 3 sessions per week - $50
• 4 sessions per week - $60
• Unlimited Reformer sessions - $69

Unlimited Reformer membership includes access to all Yoga, Mat Pilates & Meditation sessions; add $5 per week to other Reformer Memberships to enjoy access to Yoga & Mat Pilates. All participants need to fill out a health screen questionnaire before beginning physical exercise

We’re away visiting Carolina’s family in Chile, but we’re still finding little spots in the day to get our exercise in. 💪

You don’t always need the perfect routine or loads of time — sometimes you just make it work with what you’ve got.

A workout makes you feel so much better afterwards. Never forget that!

🔥 Mickys HYROX crew is sending some serious vibes to Perth! 🔥

After this morning’s session, the crew got together to wish Bianka and Micky White the very best for this weekend’s HYROX! 💪

They’ll be representing Mickys Fitness on the other side of the country, and we couldn’t be more excited to see them take on the challenge.

All the hard work has been done — now it’s time to go out there, enjoy the experience, and give it everything!

🌿 SPRING INTO SHAPE — 5 WEEK CHALLENGE 🌿

We’ve got something new coming to Micky’s Fitness this October! 💪🔥

From Saturday 10 October to Saturday 14 November, we’re running a 5-week challenge designed to help you get moving, build better habits, improve your fitness and stay accountable heading into summer.

Micky and Carolina will be coaching you throughout the full five weeks, helping keep everyone motivated, accountable and on track from start to finish.

This isn’t just about the scales. It’s about training, nutrition, consistency, accountability and doing it together.

✅ 6 Saturday sessions/check-ins

✅ Start & finish body composition and measurements

✅ Weekly weigh-ins to help keep you accountable and track your progress

✅ Weekly points challenge & leaderboard

✅ Online points tracker so you can log and track the points you accumulate throughout each week

✅ Nutrition guidance, recipes & meal ideas

✅ Private Facebook support group

✅ Accountability, motivation & prizes

Members — $99

Non-members — $199, including 5 weeks of 24-hour gym access PLUS group fitness classes.

Once your spot is secured, you’ll be added to our private Facebook Challenge Group where all the weekly information, support, recipes, challenges and updates will be posted once the program starts. Prior to this we’ll be checking in on the group a priming you for success.
