This Saturday, 19th Sept, in our 10:30am Teen Muay Thai class we will have a special guest instructor taking the class!
Ivy Reber comes from our sister gym in Queensland, CMA, and will be taking you through some specialised training to be applied to sparring and fighting.

She has 12 Years of Muay Thai under her belt at just 16 years old, lives and breathes martial arts.

✔ 5 Thailand trips
✔ 5 fights - 4 wins.
✔ ISKA Amateur world title holder in K1 and Muay Thai.
✔ 12 years BJJ.
✔ BJJ Blue belt
✔ State and Pan Pacific Champion.
✔ Multiple BJJ gold medallist.

This session will cover effective level changes, clinching, and how to transfer padwork skills to sparring practice.

Thank you to all the Dads, Grandparents, Mums, Aunts, Uncles and Siblings for joining us today for a special morning of training to celebrate Father’s Day !!

It brought smiles to all our faces seeing everyone on the mats, teaching each other, having a laugh, and creating some great memories together!
