Happy Australia Day 🥳
Even though this day is very controversial, I am still happy to say I am proud of being an Australian citizen (since November 2022).
And even more proud of being both an Aussie and a Finn at the same time. Two beautiful countries and people on this planet 🇦🇺💙🇫🇮

✨ New Year 2024 ✨
The time when many people start fad diets and strict exercise regimens to counteract all the eating, drinking and lack of exercise over the holidays 🥴
But being truly healthy, well and fit comes down to consistent sustainable habits - all year around, not just in January.
Here are my top 6 habits to make you feel and look well:
- Sleep 7-8 hours 🛌
- Drink ~2 liters water 💧
- Eat variety of veggies and fruit, protein and healthy fats 🥗🍎🫐🍳🥑
- Go out, breathe fresh air and move your body (e.g. walking, running, cycling, gardening) 🌳☀️
- Strengthen your muscles (e.g. Pilates, bodyweight training, weights) 💪🏻
- Stress management: prioritize yourself, meditate, connect with others 🧘🏼♀️💞
