5 years ago something special was born. Happy Grillmore's line up might look a little different but we still abide by the same motto: enjoy! We absolutely love getting together to cook with a bunch of mates in a carpark to hand in some fine bbq!

Today we also thank Ash and Jeff for starting this journey with us, and also to past and present sponsors we thank you for your support.

Til we cook again! Enjoy!

We're absolutely stoked to walk away with 5th place Brisket at Meatstock today. We were pretty much on par with where we thought we'd be with the rest of our cooks, considering we haven't cooked competitively for 12 months. C'mon Melbourne, run some more comps!

A massive thanks to our mates at Butchers Axe BBQ who helped us out big time over the weekend, thanks again legends.

Thought for the weekend: adapt & overcome!

We're very lucky to have the support of Kellys Meats and BBQ Spit Rotisseries for this weekend, we couldn't have done it without you!

That's a wrap on Meatstock 2022, the trailer's unpacked, plenty of packing away to do, but first, a shower to wash off the weekend!

While we didn't get the result we wanted, we're stoked to see our Flaming Coals Family at Moist BBQ take out Reserve Grand Champion.

Great to see competition BBQ back in Melbourne, looking forward for many more to come!!

WE'RE BACK BABY!!!

Happy Grillmore BBQ Team are pleased to announce that after a long break due to a rather spicy flu, we're back!

It's been a long time between comps for the team, we've been cooking away in the background, perfecting flavors and processes and we can't wait to hit up Meatstock Melbourne!

What's for dinner?

Steaks were on the menu in the Grillmore house, a couple of Scotch Fillets reverse seared over Heat Beads BBQ Blue, rubbed a perfect mix of Flaming Coals Bovine Espresso and Butchers Axe BBQ Bullseye with a side of Halloumi fries, there wasn't much left over!

What did you have for dinner?

Bruthen Creek Free Range Pork belly bao buns for dinner.

Cooked on the Flaming Coals deluxe cypress spit over the ever trusty Heat Beads BBQ reds briquettes.

A quick cucumbe and carrot pickle, coriander and char sui sauce finished it off nicely!

So refreshing and tasty, going to stay on the menu here over summer!

Had the day spare today and some left over comp meat from meatstock which was cancelled earlier in the year!

Cooked up a pork collar , mayura station brisket flat and a salt bush dorper lamb shoulder all from Char Char Char.

Brisket was rubbed in the ever reliable Flaming Coals bovine expresso, pork rubbed in meat church honey hog and lamb in Butchers Axe BBQ hunter, all my go to family friendly rubs!

Loaded up the flaming coals offset and set up the temp Master pro fan with a charcoal basket full of Heat Beads BBQ lump charcoal which allowed me to watch Netflix all day without tending to the fire.

Cooked at 275-300f all day and didn't miss a beat.

Brisket for dinner, pork and lamb will be made into dinners for the rest of the week tomorrow.

Jeez i had missed cooking BBQ!
