Today on SPOTLIGHT SUNDAYS we introduce to you the woman who keeps this business spinning: Tanya! 🎈

Tanya has been part of the Liberty Balloon Flights team for 3.5 years and is our Customer Experience & Agent Relations Manager. From looking after our guests to building relationships with our agents, she plays a big part in helping make every Liberty experience memorable.

Having grown with the business over the years, Tanya loves being part of a team that creates such special, bucket-list moments for people.

Outside of work, she’s a wife and mum to two little ones, so life is always busy and the juggle is real! 😂 When she gets some downtime, you’ll usually find her by the beach, off on a family adventure or bringing the kids along to see the balloons in action.

For Tanya, it’s all about family, making memories and enjoying the little moments along the way. An integral part of our team, we genuinely don’t know what we would do without her… sorry Tanya, you’ll have to stay! ❤️

This week on SPOTLIGHT SUNDAYS we introduce the boss’s daughter- Violeta ✨

Our weekend office manager, Violeta is a recent NIDA graduate pursuing her dream of becoming an actor and producer. A life of unusual range and a fierce intellect, Violeta is also an accomplished dancer, having competed representing Australia in ballroom dancing in China and Europe and was also one of the professional dancers at “Dancing with the Stars” a few years back. V started managing bookings since Liberty opened 7 years ago, which she helped with since its founding. You will find Violeta mainly managing bookings and communication on the weekends and producing most of our social media content.

This post is dedicated to the talented Dan Powell
We first found out about Dan when he posted a photo of our balloon flying over Melbourne city, which sparked a wonderful relationship built upon the love of flight and its natural best friend; photography.
Thank you for capturing the beauty of what we do, Dan ✨
