Been on a social media holiday, but I’m back now. Just don’t call it a come back.

Have obviously missed a few great releases to happen recently, this HOT BIT OF PURP from being one of them.

There’s enough in the colour way alone to make a killer kit, but why stop there?? turned it up to 11 with the design – inspired by retro stock and race cars. It’s currently being raced by , but soon to be available as a supporters kit. Will keep you in the loop.

It’s only taken me a hot minute to fall in love with the new woven jersey and stash vest from Maap. The stash vest is super lightweight and perfect for spring mornings, while the woven jersey stands in a league of its own as soon as you touch that fabric.

On the note of things lining up, this Pro Base jersey from .cc has quickly jumped up to be my current favourite – the jersey I always find myself reaching for. Suuuper soft materials (second only to flannel PJs), awesome colours and an aero fit that snugs over everything.

They've got me on the Advanced SL Disc roady, in this balling two-tone orange colourway.

Disc brakes were legalised in Australian amateur racing recently, so that was a must. Finished with eTap, and looking suuuuper nice with 4.5s which are fast as all hell. Once we add a Quarq power meter we'll be set 👌.

Gotta say I'm pretty excited with this new release. I'm a big fan of all the knit developments in running and casual shoes and it's awesome to see it come over to cycling.

It's definitely in its infancy in terms of performance advantages, but the amount of reduced waste by the way they produce the knit mesh is a massive and immediate improvement in terms of enviro impact. On top of that, the colour options people, think about the options!
