✨ Pilates doesn’t compete with your other workouts — it complements them! 💪🏼

We have always been big on variation at Alive. Whether you love running, lifting weights, cycling, dancing or playing sport, Pilates helps build the foundations that support it all.

From core strength and stability to balance, mobility, body awareness and controlled movement, the skills you develop in the Pilates studio are transferable to every other form of exercise.

Think of Pilates as your secret weapon for moving better, building strength, improving performance and helping your body feel its best. 🤍
