All the things I did & ate last week to help reduce inflammation in my body. Since getting the mirena in my body has reacted with inflammation, bloating and fluid retention. I already supported my body for these things, but now that my hormones are changing I’m doubling down. With my period here and ending I’ll look to bring in cardio again if my body tolerates it - forever trying to adapt around the cues my body gives me.

As a certified lover of sweats, confirming I’ve found our winter sets girlies ☁️ use code SOPH for a dissy on all including these sweats that just dropped in 3 colour ways.
Super oversized, I went up to a medium just bc I lurvee an extra baggy lewk - your same size will still be oversized, trust. Ps I’m short (160cm) and these can be toggled in (which I’ve done here for my short legs) so they don’t drag & they still look like wide legs which we love xx

The deeper I get into low-inflammation living, the more I realise how many things contribute to it. As an endo girly I’m always looking to reduce inflammation and support my body and symptoms. Not only has it helped my endo, but my cognitive function, energy, and physique.

Everything I ate & did to lower my inflammation 🔥 I’m definitely noticing that since getting the mirena it’s a harder to support inflammation and fluid retention in my body. I’m hoping that goes away once it’s properly settled because it’s really disheartening to put in so much work, see it work, and then be challenged again when you’re someone who nails it so regularly… here are a few ways I’m supporting my body each week 🫶🏼💧

My logic, educated & experienced mind still gets hijacked by the emotional irrational mind at times & I wanted to normalise these experiences. It doesn’t make them true, or bad, or a failing on our part. We are human, we fluctuate, we overreact, we judge, we compare - but remember to trust yourself. And if you can’t do that, get someone in your corner who can help 🤍🤍

I’m not going to lie and say this is easy. Comment ‘guide’ for my free low-inflammation eBook (or ‘low inflam’ for custom meal plans).
The benefits of reducing inflammation are well worth it for me. Everyone will respond differently to each habit & not necessarily need them all. Unfortunately I have a very sensitive body and need all the support I can get to reduce inflammation.
Start small - the biggest change for me was through nutrition. As someone who already ate mostly whole foods removing sugar 🥹 and dairy were new additions that helped a lot. But for some, simply reducing processed foods and eating more whole foods will be enough to notice a big change.
These habits might seem boring, but many people are unwilling to try them. Preferring to lean on supplements or not to do anything about their discomfort, but once you start to see that they actually work to support you, you’ll want to keep adding more in 💧🫐
