Victorian Women's Rowing Collective - bringing leading women in the Victorian Rowing community together through friendship to inform, network & support.

This initiative began in 2014 when Sue Chapman-Popa was having a conversation along the river bank with Jane Robinson in front of MUBC. Once the rowing aspect of the conversation finished the two began discussing how challenging it can be on at times to be a female working in this sport.
