If you want to lose fat, build muscle or just feel stronger and more confident; it starts with understanding your calories and macros. It doesn’t have to be restrictive. You can eat well, move your body and still enjoy the foods you love.

đź’ Struggling to gain or lose weight?
It usually comes down to one thing: calories in vs. calories out.
You might be eating more or less than you realise.
I’m not saying count every single calorie — but be aware.
👉 100 calories of sugar = 100 calories of broccoli.
Same energy, very different impact on your body.
Here’s how your goals tie in:
🍽️ Bulking = Eating more to build muscle (and a little cushioning)
✂️ Cutting = Eating less to lose weight
🔄 Reverse Dieting = Slowly increasing calories after a cut to avoid fat rebound & reset your metabolism

11 weeks. No shortcuts. No crash diets.
This isn’t a “quick fix.” It’s consistent training, structured programming, and daily habits stacking up. No extremes — just smart work over time.
What you don’t see in that first photo is how low I felt.
Physically flat. Mentally exhausted. Going through the motions without purpose.
But I made a decision — to back myself with the same systems I coach. To show up, even when it felt pointless. And slowly, things shifted.
This is what I coach — not just physical change, but rebuilding confidence and energy from the ground up.
