Is your form holding you back try these 5 tips to improve your lat pull down

🔥pad locked tight over your thighs

🔥Grip slightly wider than shoulder-width.

🔥Shoulders back and down, chest up, slight lean back, brace core

🔥Pull the bar below your chin, elbows toward your hips

🔥Control the movement, don’t use momentum
Slowly return to the starting position, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
