So proud of 💖

This year alone she’s lost over 15kg, stepped on stage for two bodybuilding competitions, and even competed in powerlifting 💪 Now she’s absolutely nailing her reverse and we’re moving into a solid growth phase 👊

What makes her journey even more inspiring is that she’s achieved all this while managing Functional Neurological Disorder and ongoing hip and mobility challenges — never once letting them hold her back.

CLIENT TRANSFORMATION 🔥

The husband of one of our clients saw her progress and wanted to support her so he manned up and got his s**t tougher, now look at him! 6 weeks of eating well, this is only 4kg down but it looks like 10 because of how inflamed his midsection was! SHE FKN ATE! Figuratively and literally 🍣🥗🥩🍚🥦🍑🍪

- one year of dedication, patience, and doing the hard things 💪🏼

She’s up 15kg since struggling to gain weight after coming off a comp prep and battling some of the challenges that come with that. We’ve done a lot of mindset work this year, learning to fuel her body without guilt, finding balance between pushing hard in the gym and knowing when to rest, and showing up consistently even when it felt tough.

She’s now holding solid on around 2,600 weekly calories, with a 3,200 calorie refeed every Saturday 🍣 and her glutes, hamstrings, and overall shape have completely levelled up 🍑 But her mindset - that’s the real transformation 🧠

This is what happens when you commit to growth, trust your coach, and focus on long-term health over short-term validation.
