Who do you know that struggles with constant indecision at work?

Overthinking every task.
Second guessing every action.
Trusting everyone else’s opinion over their own.

Most people already know what they want deep down.
They’ve just spent so long questioning themselves that they no longer trust their own thoughts or decisions.

This is the work I help people move through.

Helping people break free from overthinking, self doubt, and emotional patterns that keep them stuck so they can feel calmer, clearer, and more confident in themselves again.

If this feels familiar, you don’t have to keep carrying it alone.

Really grateful for the people who trust me to support them through growth, pressure, career change, confidence building, and the moments that feel hard to navigate alone.

This work is never about becoming someone else.
It’s about helping people feel more clear, grounded, confident, and connected to how they want to show up.

If this resonates, feel free to reach out 🤍

A lot of capable people quietly carry thoughts like these while still showing up every day.

Working.
Leading.
Building careers.
Supporting others.
Trying to hold everything together externally while internally questioning themselves constantly.

Reading through recommendations from people I’ve worked with reminded me how common these thoughts actually are, especially when someone has been operating under pressure for a long time.

What shifted for many of them wasn’t necessarily capability.

It was:
• trusting themselves more
• communicating more confidently
• navigating pressure differently
• reducing the constant overthinking
• feeling more grounded in their decisions
• reconnecting to what was possible for them

One recommendation said:
“When I felt out of my depth, Tara helped me break problems down, reconnect to what I could control, and find sustainable ways to move forward.”

This is the work we do together in coaching.

Not becoming someone else.

Removing the fear, pressure, self doubt, and patterns that keep us stuck so we can communicate, work, lead, and live differently.

Mother’s Day can bring up a lot for people.

For some, today will feel full of love and connection.
For others, it may carry grief, longing, loss, or mixed emotions.

There is no right way to feel about it.

I think it’s important to acknowledge that days like today can hold both joy and heaviness at the same time.

Thinking of anyone carrying something tender today 🤍

I think one of the biggest shifts for me was allowing possibility in.

Not because I suddenly became confident.
Not because I had everything together.
Definitely not because I stopped doubting myself.

But because I finally let myself think about what I might actually want.

What if I could do work that felt aligned?
What if I was capable of more?
What if the things I kept shutting down in my head were actually possible?

That acknowledgement changed things.

Because once I allowed myself to dream a little bigger, it forced me to confront the stuff that was getting in the way.
The fear.
The overthinking.
The limiting beliefs.
The patterns that kept me small.

Not to fix myself.
But to remove the blockers.

There is always more work to do, for all of us.
But awareness is where everything starts.

So if something about your career, confidence, leadership, or direction feels off right now, maybe don’t ignore it.

Maybe acknowledge it.

Book in a call and let’s start.

Watching a puppy is such a reminder of what being present actually looks like.
They’re not thinking about yesterday.
They’re not worrying about next week.
They’re fully in the moment they’re in.
The grass.
The wind.
The excitement.
The curiosity.
Somewhere along the way, many of us stop experiencing moments fully because our minds are always somewhere else.
Trying to solve.
Prepare.
Overthink.
Replay.
River reminds me all the time how much peace there can be in simply being where you are.

Sometimes the most impactful thing you can do isn’t push harder.
It’s giving yourself permission to pause.

To step out of the noise for a moment.
To reset.
To breathe without trying to solve everything immediately.

When we feel blocked, our instinct is often to force movement through pressure, overthinking, or frustration.
But clarity doesn’t usually come from fighting yourself.

It comes when your mind and body finally feel safe enough to soften.

Even a small moment of reset can shift so much.
A walk.
A breath.
A change of environment.
A moment where you stop demanding answers from yourself.

Because sometimes the block isn’t the problem.
It’s the pressure we place on ourselves to keep pushing through it.

I almost didn’t go.

Tired. Irritable. Sore legs.
After a lot of pushing back… I nearly stayed home.

But our brains are wild.
Sometimes they’ll light up a body part
just to get your attention.

And we turn that into a reason to stop
instead of a cue to move.

So I shifted it.

Same feeling, different meaning.
And within minutes, I felt better.

Not every discomfort is a stop sign.
Sometimes it’s the nudge to do exactly the thing you’re avoiding.

What you resist can keep you stuck.
Notice where you might be holding on
The moment you stop pushing, things shift
Are you holding on tighter than you need to?
When you stop resisting, things feel different

You don’t need to stop working hard.
But you do need to stop letting effort decide for you.

Sometimes we stay…
in patterns, habits, relationships, ways of thinking
not because they’re right for us anymore
but because we’ve already put so much into them.

And your mind will try to justify it.
“If it’s been this hard, it must matter.”

But hard doesn’t always mean aligned.
And effort doesn’t always mean it’s working.

The shift isn’t doing less.
It’s becoming aware enough to choose where your energy goes.

Because when you stop letting effort lead,
you create space to respond differently.

And that’s where things start to change.

If you’re ready to stop repeating the same patterns and start responding differently, I’ve opened a few spots to work with me. Book a call and we’ll map out what actually needs to change.
