Connie’s 10 week transformation is truely inspiring. With her wedding on the horizon, Connie felt that she wanted to lose some weight before the big day!
Connie works a sedentary job, so our two main focuses were nutrition and steps! Beforehand, Connie was doing anywhere between 3,000-4,000 steps a day, and by the end of the 10 weeks she was consistently hitting 9,000 steps a day! She made it a big priority and smashed it out of the park!
We focused on her nutrition, ensuring she was having enjoyable foods that were helping her with her goal! We structured 2-3 workouts per week, emphasising progressive overload, and enjoying exercise.
During the 10 weeks, Connie achieved:
Weight: 82kg ➡️ 76.6kg
Waist: 95cm ➡️ 90cm

HOW TO BUILD MUSCLE

Mark went through a tidy up, where we aimed at cutting down some body fat whilst building muscle 🤝
During this phase, Mark went from:
Weight: 77.8kg ➡️ 73.4kg
Waist: 88cm ➡️ 81cm
Whilst we cut down the body fat, we emphasised the importance of protein intake and training intensity to help build muscle.
Mark’s strength skyrocketed, which highlights his focus on fueling his body and throwing weight around, even on his off days.
Mark was initially nervous about a change in physique, as he felt he may go back to how he was before he started training. Fast forward, he’s arguably looking the best I’ve seen him 🫡

Ayrton has gone through an incredible transformation of losing 12kg in 10 weeks. The scary part is, we’re just getting started.
Ayrton’s 10 weeks looked a little like this:
Waist: 113cm ➡️ 97cm
Weight: 105.2kg ➡️ 93.1kg
We fixed up Ayrton’s nutrition, and gave him structure with his home training sessions, focusing on progressive overload and training intensity.
Ayrton didn’t miss a beat, stuck to the meal plan, got his steps in every single day, and trained consistently on a week to week basis. The definition of leaving no stone unturned.
We identified a ‘Why’ and since then there was nothing stopping this guy from getting s**t done. The results were simply always going to happen. Ayrton stuck to the plan, now sees the results.
Now we enter phase 2, where we look to level up on a far greater degree.

From having her hands covering her stomach when taking photos, to having a confident, open posture when the camera comes out. This is exhibit A as to why weight loss is more than just a weight change. More confidence. Bigger smiles. Stronger minds.
Tonina came to me with genuine concern after trying multiple “health shakes” and “diets” which were not helping her with her goal of dropping a few kg.
We got her eating more volume of food than ever before, with meals that she enjoyed which made her weight loss journey so much more enjoyable.
We gave her structured meals, step goals, 2 x walks per week, with 0 dumbbells touched.
This is what a change in diet can do. 8kg down. Feeling better than ever. Tonina doesn’t think twice about the meals she has on a daily basis as she’s built healthy eating habits and engrained it into her lifestyle.
