Reduced mobility, strength and control of the feet and ankles may contribute not only to foot and ankle discomfort, but can also influence how the body moves higher up the chain — including the knees, hips and lower back.

Join our Tension Release Class as we explore ways to improve foot mobility, release tension and reconnect the feet with the rest of the body.
