Introducing MUSE 🎨✨
Planetdance’s 2026 Troupe Concert is coming to Riverside Theatre!

A celebration of creativity, passion and performance, MUSE brings our troupe dancers together to share everything they’ve been working towards this year.

Behind every performance are hours of practice, friendships formed and little moments of progress that deserve to be celebrated. We are so proud of our dancers and can’t wait to see them bring their energy, individuality and love of dance to the stage. 💙

💗 **PINK WEEK STARTS TODAY!** 💗

From **Monday 21 September to Saturday 26 September**, we’re turning Planetdance pink in support of the **National Breast Cancer Foundation**! 🌸🎀

Students are invited to add a splash of pink to their usual dancewear and wear pink to class throughout the week. Participation is completely optional, and outfits and accessories should be comfortable, safe and easy to dance in.

We’ve set ourselves a goal of raising **$500**, and we’d love the support of our Planetdance community!

You can contribute by:

💗 Bringing a **gold coin—or pink note—donation** to Reception
📱 Donating online through our Planetdance fundraising page:

Every donation, big or small, will help fund life-changing breast cancer research.

We can’t wait to see Planetdance filled with pink this week! 💗🌸🎀

As a Pink Hero, I want a world where there are ZERO deaths from breast cancer. I believe every death from breast cancer is one too many. To achieve this, I’m raising funds for more research. All donations made to this page will help do exactly that. The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is ...

CIRCUS 🎪

All eyes on us… our 10/u tappers have entered the ring!

Choreographed by Mr Mitch and Miss Chelsea, this energetic routine brings big personality and plenty of tap sass. We love watching every dancer make it their own—the cheeky expressions, the confidence and those little moments where their individuality shines.

One team, so many personalities. Who caught your eye? 👀

MY SHOT 🎤

We absolutely love this Open Age Musical Theatre routine, choreographed by the brilliant Mr Lachlan Dearing and inspired by the iconic Broadway musical Hamilton.

Our dancers have loved every moment of learning, developing and bringing this powerful routine to life… but what makes it special is the story behind their choreographer.

Did you know Mr Lachy trained right here at Planetdance before beginning his professional career and performing in both the Australian and international companies of Hamilton? We’re incredibly lucky to have him back in the studio, guiding and inspiring the next generation of Planetdance performers.

What’s your favourite Hamilton song? Let us know in the comments!

RUMOUR HAS IT 🔥

If there’s one thing we love at Planetdance, it’s a strong, powerful tap routine - and Mr Billy has certainly delivered this year!

We live for the energy, confidence and vibrancy our 14/u and Open Age dancers bring to the stage. What a routine! 🧡💙
