**Stop Press**

Sensei Michael Radermacher has attended the Oceania Championships and New Zealand Open in Auckland this weekend and, after a rigorous testing process, has been upgraded to Oceania Kata and Kumite Judge B.

A double examination is hard.

This is a huge achievement for Sensei Michael and for Ishinryu. To the best of our knowledge, he is only the second Ishinryu referee worldwide to achieve Continental status.

This upgrade reflects years of study, travel, officiating experience and a commitment to becoming the best referee he can be.

Hard work rewarded πŸ‘Š
