We have so much diverse talent amongst our instructing team that we can offer a range of innovative and invigorating one-off and short courses for our current students, those who've been out of the dojo for a while, and our non-karate friends and family.

Sensei Michael Radermacher has attended the Oceania Championships and New Zealand Open in Auckland this weekend and, after a rigorous testing process, has been upgraded to Oceania Kata and Kumite Judge B.
A double examination is hard.
This is a huge achievement for Sensei Michael and for Ishinryu. To the best of our knowledge, he is only the second Ishinryu referee worldwide to achieve Continental status.
This upgrade reflects years of study, travel, officiating experience and a commitment to becoming the best referee he can be.
