After emailing my clients on Sunday I wanted to make it .

After 10 years in this incredibly challenging yet rewarding industry I am closing my doors (again, but this time it’s my choice 😜).

After the last few years it really has shifted my perspectives and I have been on the hunt for something that is going to help me grow and develop myself further & I am blessed to say I have found that.

To all the incredible humans I have met along the way, I proudly look at what I was able to create and the impact I was able to imprint in peoples worlds. I watch the friendships I had a hand in creating, the women who found passion and perused careers in the industry, the safe space and the escape for some.

I don’t have a leaving book or anything cheese like that but I would love to capture the memories, if I worked with you, trained you or had a fleeting moment with you in the last decade, it would mean the world if you could leave a last message.

The health corner socials will not be active and this will be my closing post.

This business journey made me cry, dance for joy have a total mental breakdown but I stood up and dusted myself off each time and now Im excited for this next adventure for not only myself but for my family as well. I’d love to stay social with you so please follow me over on my personal page.

A Day full of cake from celebrating our little dudes 4th birthday calls for a pot of balance and goodness for dinner I’ve really been loving making soups and slow cooked meals the last few weeks excited to be finalising the recipes for my winter warmer recipe collection if you haven’t already seen there are heaps of cookbooks available on the website with free trial recipes before you commit to the full book. If you’ve tried any of the recipes from any of my cookbooks what is your favourite?

we took it outdoors (last minute) not so many games this morning but with some dusty heads (theirs not mine) I think the hangovers were sweat out and we truely put the would you rather to the test 🤩🤣

Nobody knows your body better than you. However, sometimes everyone needs a little bit of guidance a touch of help and some ongoing support.

My promise has always been that I never judge, I never reflect on what you haven’t done but focus on what you have done.

The purpose of movement & exercise isn’t to punish your body for what you have done. The purpose of movement and exercise is to embrace your strength enhance your confidence and increase your quality of life.

Anyone telling you otherwise needs to have a reality check.

The final session before D-Day 💓😢

Dom hasn’t skipped a beat or a session in fact and this babe is going to come out bicep curling if mum and dad are anything to go by!

A slightly different pregnancy to the first two and I’m excited to see her recovery post birth due to being so active even up to the week of this little human coming earth side.

Can’t wait for your 4 to become 5 🤰

The only being lifted now is a baby onto the chest for sleepy cuddles and feeds 💓

How did I get so bloody lucky! Birthday celebrations from last week 🌟

Plants, bo***es, balloons, hats and doughnuts to make a gal feel special.

Also celebrating a decade in this wondrously rewarding industry later this year! 10 years ago I just wanted to make women feel good, proud and strong… it’s never ending but I did it & keep on doing it.

Love what you do and you’ll work really hard every bloody day to make sure you can keep on doing it!

Another incredible reset result 👏🏻

Siana has a fantastic trainer and worked with us for the last 8 weeks on her nutrition, routine and accountability!

It wasn’t an easy 8 weeks at all for Siana due to some personal circumstances however we encouraged Siana to control her controllables and the proof is in the pic ⭐️

P.S you can participate in our program and get your butt trained by your own trainer or in your own gym.

I feel reset 👏🤩
I’ve just spent the last 8 weeks creating better eating habits. Recognising and working on some bad habits. It wasn’t about losing weight for that would be a sweet by product but I know that’s the next step, I needed to retrain the habit of eating breakfast, not pointlessly snack on s**t, eating more fruit and vegetables.

I listened 3 x 4 to each audio whilst I was editing it 😂 Jayson’s weekly “learn about..” segments of the program are epic and so knowledgeable!

I have lost cm & now ready to continue with less mistakes 👏
Such as the snacking because I’m bored not really hungry. I want to create better eating frequency and aim for more rainbows in my meals 😍

P.S - we run this program remotely, we have worked with people who utilise their own gym/trainer. This program has nothing to do with exercise and all about nutrition and how to eat better.

Ya girl did good! 26cm down from her training for the first quarter of the year 🙌🏼

- 10cm from her waist!!!
- 3.5cm from each arm
- 5cm from around the hips & some tightening of the b***y 🎉

Mixed in was a holiday and a unwanted covid break as well, Tamika is also participating in The Reset as the lucky winner of our giveaway and hoping to see some more results in 2 weeks time after the final push of the last two weeks.

Your stronger than you know tamika & can’t wait to get the 100kg squat in the next 10 weeks!!
