As my back is recovering, I'm trying not to jump to soon into training.. have to really force myself to think light.. No HIITs, weight or jumps for some time.
But what I really enjoyed tonight was stretching with a bit of meditation.
Your body is smart. It always knows exactly what it needs. You just have to pause from time to time and listen to it. ❤️

The goal of Sunday is to reset and to feel the best that you can for the coming week.

We all have ups and downs. Sunday gives us a chance to focus on things we Love, channel our energy into something Positive.

If you are struggling, call your parents, your friends, talk to the person who cares, have coffee with your bestie, or just go for a walk.

It helps when you break your routine and do something different.

And what helps me personally- don't watch the news... Want to relax infront of the tv- watch your favourite comedy. Laughter helps a lot!

“Get your ass off heated seat”..
I think this phrase- my friend wrote to me today, will be stuck with me Forever.

We are constantly dreaming about something in our life. But rarely do anything to get there. Most of the time we are postponing, postponing and postponing…. Why? Because “there is no time, there is no money, there are more important things to do: cleaning the house until its perfectly clean and then you have to start cleaning it again, spending hours on social media (waisting time..will be more appropriate word)…. So many little things are filling our Free time, which we could actually spend productively, it’s not funny.

If you want to get fitter, stronger, slimmer, bulkier.. achieve anything you think is impossible- there is always the way to get there.
All you need to do is Get Out of your Comfort Zone!

Im not sure whether im talking to you or to myself at the moment.. Probably both.

Enjoy your weekend!
And, out of 1440 minutes in a day, dedicate just 30 to your workout! 💪🏼
You will feel great- no doubt!
Your body will say Thank You. And you will have plenty of energy after that to conquer The World! 🔥

Discipline is the main drive of your results. It is the skill that can be developed, taking little steps day by day with no excuses. You have to commit to yourself and be prepared that on some days its not that easy to find that motivation you had at the beginning.
It’s your Hard Work that takes you to Life you want to live.

There are 3 IMPORTANT STEPS that help you keep that discipline:

1️⃣ Remember your WHYs, the reasoning that stands behind your goals is crucial. It’s better to put it in visual format and go back to it every single time you are not feeling it: whether it’s a diary or a picture - whatever works for you.

2️⃣ Eliminate excuses and temptations. If you are working on your diet- avoid particular rows in the shops, keep only Clean food at home. If you plan to have a workout- schedule it in your phone at particular time and do the rest of things around that “meeting with Yourself”.

3️⃣ Be Realistic about what you can do. Yes, sometimes things happen, you fall off the track. And it’s ok. It doesn’t have to be Perfect. Allow yourself room for mistakes, don’t blame yourself or get disappointed. Just learn from the mistakes you make. Self-discipline doesn’t come at once.

And don’t forget to treat yourself to things that build your Energy.
