As my back is recovering, I'm trying not to jump to soon into training.. have to really force myself to think light.. No HIITs, weight or jumps for some time.
But what I really enjoyed tonight was stretching with a bit of meditation.
Your body is smart. It always knows exactly what it needs. You just have to pause from time to time and listen to it. ❤️

Saturday- time to unwind! is a perfect place for this! 🙌🏻 Im so busy lately with work that feels like it never ends. That’s why i cherish moments like this and always try to catch those positive vibes from beauty that surrounds us.

Discipline is the main drive of your results. It is the skill that can be developed, taking little steps day by day with no excuses. You have to commit to yourself and be prepared that on some days its not that easy to find that motivation you had at the beginning.
It’s your Hard Work that takes you to Life you want to live.
There are 3 IMPORTANT STEPS that help you keep that discipline:
1️⃣ Remember your WHYs, the reasoning that stands behind your goals is crucial. It’s better to put it in visual format and go back to it every single time you are not feeling it: whether it’s a diary or a picture - whatever works for you.
2️⃣ Eliminate excuses and temptations. If you are working on your diet- avoid particular rows in the shops, keep only Clean food at home. If you plan to have a workout- schedule it in your phone at particular time and do the rest of things around that “meeting with Yourself”.
3️⃣ Be Realistic about what you can do. Yes, sometimes things happen, you fall off the track. And it’s ok. It doesn’t have to be Perfect. Allow yourself room for mistakes, don’t blame yourself or get disappointed. Just learn from the mistakes you make. Self-discipline doesn’t come at once.
And don’t forget to treat yourself to things that build your Energy.
