2026 SUNSTATE PERPETUAL CUP CO-WINNERS 🏆 U9/10 Jewelfish
Charlie Whatham, entrepreneur – GB Toys, PFC jersey sponsor and 2025 10 Year player award recipient, recently presented the U9/10 Jewelfish with their Perpetual trophy. We thank Charlie, as well as parents Narelle and Andrew from Green Beginnings, for supporting the teams and club through sponsorship.
With five volunteer coaches and managers this season, the Jewelfish were never short of support. We thank Chris, Peter, Jake, Tamara and Amy for their assistance during the season. Additionally, the team often found themselves on early morning set-up duty due to the U9/10 draw (thank you Tamara and Christopher for leading this) and they also helped with field changes (Jake and Peter). We saw the team multiple times in the canteen (thank you Rachel and Candence) and they were involved with the Scones for Luke fundraiser. We thank Colleen for her wonderful efforts in raising $1000 for the Pacific family. We particularly thank Amy, team co-manager, for co-managing three teams (Jewelfish, Piranhas and Swordfish) across the club to ensure all the players could take to the field. Breanne was often on hand to braid the girl’s hair before matches; Emika celebrated five years with the club; Candence was nominated for Youth of the Month for August; and most importantly, the team turned up every Friday afternoon to give it their all at training.
Every family in this team contributed to the team and the season.
