🏐 MDNA CHALLENGE #3

This week we're working on hand-eye coordination, ball control and getting comfortable with the ball.

Grab a netball and see how many times you can move it:

⭕ Around your waist

⭕ Around your head

⭕ Around your legs

That's one round. Keep going for 30 seconds and count your complete rounds!

👀 New to netball? Take your time and focus on keeping hold of the ball.

💪 Want to make it harder? Try to go a little faster without dropping it.

🎥 Want to be featured? Ask Mum, Dad or your guardian to take a photo or video of you completing the challenge and send it to us! We might share some of our MDNA Challenge stars on our Stories. ⭐🏐
