Grand Final wrap-up: Ladies Reserves

Our Ladies Reserves went in and gave it everything, in this morning's Grand Final! An evenly matched contest from start to finish against Bega.
Bega snuck through with a lucky goal right at the start and then defended it brilliantly, holding on for a final score of 1-0.

While it's a tough one to swallow on Grand Final day, we could not be prouder of this team. You fought hard, worked hard, and played some truly amazing soccer all season long. 💚

Massive congratulations on a wonderful season, ladies - you've made the whole club so so proud!

Grand Final wrap-up: U12 White
What a battle this morning! Our U12 White boys went head-to-head with Wolumla in an incredibly even Grand Final.
Goal for goal all game, the scores were locked at 2-2 at full time, sending us into extra time. Wolumla edged us out with a final score of 3-2.

🥅 Goal scorers: Oliver Morse and Flynn Martin ⚽️

This was such a great game to watch - every single player left it all out on the field today. We are SO incredibly proud of this whole team. You did the MGFC proud! 💚🤍

⚽️☀️ INTERESTED IN JUNIOR SUMMER SOCCER? ☀️⚽️

Pambula are currently gauging interest in running a Junior Summer Soccer across the South Coast for boys and girls aged 8 years and up! 🙌

The idea is to give kids another opportunity to get out on the field, stay active, build their skills, make new friends and, most importantly, have fun playing soccer! 💙💛

⚽️ Aged 14 or over? There will also be opportunities for players 14+ to join in with Senior Summer Soccer, (MORE INFORMATION TO COME FOR SENIORS)

At this stage, we’re simply looking to see how much interest there is across the whole South Coast, with more details to come depending on numbers.
