🏆 AUGUST MEMBER OF THE MONTH — BELINDA! 🏆

Belinda is chasing a 60kg bench press and she’s putting in the work, training with us 3 times a week 💪

When she’s not in the gym, she’s running around town… and pulling people’s teeth out! 🦷😂

But this woman seriously doesn’t know how to slow down. She knocked out 35km and then rocked up to her bench press session and absolutely smoked it! 🔥

And now she’s just gone and completed the Sydney Marathon! 🏃‍♀️🏅

Strength, endurance, consistency and a seriously impressive work ethic — Belinda is showing us exactly what happens when you keep turning up and putting in the work.

Congratulations Belinda — very well deserved! 👏❤️

Now… let’s get that 60kg bench! 💪🔥

A bittersweet farewell to two of our longest-serving and much-loved Seaside members. 💙

It’s always hard saying goodbye to people who have been such a big part of our club for so many years, and we’re certainly going to miss seeing these two familiar faces around the gym.

While we’re very sorry to see them leave the area, we’re also incredibly happy for them as they begin their next adventure.

To Lee & Stu, thank you both for your friendship, loyalty and for being such a valued part of the Seaside family. We wish you nothing but happiness for what comes next — and remember, you’ll always be welcome back at Seaside! ❤️

🎉 July Member of the Month – Linda! 🎉

A huge congratulations to Linda, our July Member of the Month! 👏

Linda has been absolutely putting in the work—not just showing up and giving it her all in our morning classes, but also smashing out her own strength workouts with the group. Her consistency and commitment have been awesome to watch.

She’s always bubbly, brings great energy wherever she goes, and is such a valued part of our community. As an added bonus, she’s also been the mastermind behind plenty of our social media challenge ideas! 😄

Thanks for everything you bring to the gym, Linda. We’re lucky to have you, and this recognition is well deserved! 💙
