Today’s session: 80°C for 25 mins🔥

Did you know that spending time in a sauna at temperatures above 80°C can do wonders for your health? A recent study published in the *Journal of Human Hypertension* found that regular sauna use at high temperatures is linked to numerous health benefits:

🌡️ Cardiovascular Health: Participants who used the sauna frequently saw improved heart function and reduced blood pressure.

💪 Muscle Recovery:The heat helps relax muscles and alleviates soreness, making it a great post-workout recovery tool.

🧠 Mental Clarity: Elevated temperatures have been shown to enhance mood and cognitive function, reducing stress and anxiety levels.

🛌 Better Sleep:Enjoying a sauna session can promote deeper sleep patterns, helping you wake up refreshed and energized.

✨ Longevity:Research indicates that regular sauna users may have a lower risk of mortality, particularly from cardiovascular diseases.

Get in there and heat things up? Your body and mind will thank you!👊🏼

Humbled to launch this long time in the making project. After over 2 decades of working with elite athletes the most important thing I can pass on to my students is that your reactions to pressure will determine your performance above everything else. It’s easy to stay calm when everything is going smoothly, but true abilities are revealed when challenges arise. A person who struggles to perform at their best under pressure is still a work in progress. Through consistent practice, we learn to navigate adversity, ensuring we’re ready when inevitable tough times come. We help build your resilience to pressure, providing valuable, practical tools that allow your composure to speak volumes👊🏼
