As we count down the final days of classes in our studio space, we have been reflecting upon how many lives have crossed paths and conversations have been shared within these studio walls. We can certainly say that we are changed for the better. ❤️ Also, that we wouldn’t be where we are today without the contributions of our many talented and passionate yoga teachers over the years.

We wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to you all, for sharing your truth with authenticity, for delivering classes of such high standards, for accommodating different levels of practice, and for contributing to make this community what it is today.

There are too many past teachers to list here, but to our current team, , .yoga , , , , , and , we wish you every success and happiness in your future endeavours. 🙏 Please continue to support these girls by following them and their journey if your paths aligned.

We might be closing the studio in two weeks time, but until that day we will be here with open arms to receive you. After that point, this community will continue to hold space for each other and practise yoga together, with more details coming this week about what the next chapter of this journey will look like. 🙏

There will be some tearful goodbyes in the lead up to Christmas, starting with a farewell to the beautiful and soulful Sophie Sisko. 🥲

What an absolute pleasure it has been to have Sophie teaching her grounded Vinyasa and deeply peaceful yin classes. She has grown to become a favourite teacher of many. ❤️

We wish her all the best as she prepares to embark on an overseas adventure of learning, self-discovery and play. ✨

Thank you for your wise words and gentle touch, for sharing your truth, and most of all, for your kindness and caring. You will be dearly missed. ❤️

Sunday, December 1st, first day of Summer, beginning of a new moon cycle, and three weeks before we close our doors, we will be doing 108 Sun Salutations for the last time in our studio space. ☀️ You can bet it’s going to be a transformative practice!

Facilitated by , this practice is for all levels, free for whoever feels called to join the circle, and a long standing ritual of . ❤️

It’s at the same time challenging and incredibly rewarding, with countless physical, mental and spiritual benefits. 🕉️

✨Join us at 6:30am in the studio on December 1st to salute the sun, and we will go for an ocean swim after the practice followed by coffee, to celebrate our efforts and strengthen the bonds of friendship. ✨ Hope you can make it! 🙏

We feel it would be wrong to not acknowledge the volumes of support and kind words pouring from the hearts and souls of our wonderful community. ❤️

Your stories and sentiments have enriched our lives and made us even more aware of the closeness of this incredible group of family and friends. While we can’t post all the comments here, we know without a doubt that the friendships formed within these walls will continue to bloom long after the studio closes its doors, like the gorgeous peonies gifted to us by ❤️.
