Sporting Schools - Term 3 Grant Applications Now Open 📣🥋

Judo WA is excited to help bring fun, safe, and engaging judo programs to more students across Western Australia! 👏👏

Schools are encouraged to apply for Sporting Schools funding to have judo delivered at their school in Term 3.

Applications close Friday, 5 June 2026.

Unfortunately Tamsen had to withdraw due to injury and we wish her a speedy recovery from everyone here at the club.

State Training

The next State Training session will take place this Sunday, 26 April at SouthWest Judo Academy (10 Crowley St, Port Kennedy) 🥋💥

Training for Pre-Cadets (Ages 11-14) will commence at 10:00am and end at 11:30am.
Training for Cadets + (Ages 15 and over) will commence at 11:30am and end at 1:00pm.

👉 All athletes participating in state training are required to be current and financial members of Judo WA.
👉 Those athletes intending to be selected for the Judo WA State Team are expected to commit to regular attendance at State Training.
👉 To foster maximum participation, we are pleased to announce that there will be no fees for participating in the State Training sessions.
👉 No registration is required to attend the training sessions.
