Swim Club Nights

Hi all, from 2:30pm this afternoon, the remaining club nights for this season will be open for nomination.

‼️Nominations will close 5:30pm the previous day. ‼️

Please note- there is a penalty placed on swimmers season points for not showing up.

Club nights can’t run without parent help. We all want to get home as soon as possible so please arrive on time and get straight into help. But don’t forget there is pack up at the end of the night too!

There are a few parents who consistently help- appreciate you! 🫶🏻

🏊🏻‍♀️ Oncore clinic 🏊🏻‍♂️
For those who have registered/are participating:
- arrive no later than 7:15am ready for a 7:30am start
- participants to wear swimmers under comfortable clothing
- bring:
* drink bottle
* a snack
* training equipment
* towel, cap and goggles

The session will begin with some dry land activation which can be done in their swimmers.
No shoes is ok but participants are able to wear joggers if they prefer. NO CROCS or THONGS.

We are looking for some new committee members!!

We are conveniently holding the AGM in the middle of Swim Club - we'll pause the events to let the swimmers catch their breathe after/before the second specialty event.

Come along and join MCSA!! Everyone welcome 6.15pm.

🌟Age Champs and Runner up awards 4x 25m Form Strokes and 100m IM you must be nominated and swim all Strokes to be eligible

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas/holiday period.

We will kick off this half of the swim season with a skills and drills session starting at 5:30pm and finishing approximately 6:30pm.
Groups:
- 15m swimmers (30min session)
- Intermediate
- Experienced

No need to nominate. Please arrive ready to start at 5:30pm. We will split swimmers into their groups and get started.

There will be no canteen.
