After looking like it was going to be a quiet racing Easter turned into two nights in Renmark and Mildura.
It was a perfect time to work on some setups and get the cars improving.
Renmark saw Macka finish 7th, 5th and get tangled with another driver in heat 3 causing a DNF, got the car back out for the final and the fuel pump wire had broken causing an unfortunate DNF in the final.
Mel had a good run with 2nd, 6th, 2nd and 3rd in the final! The track and meeting were great, biggest crowd we've seen there in many years!
Timmis saw another night of working to get the cars handling better, Macka finished with 2 7th's and a 6th in the final. The RR wheel nut came loose and dropped out of the wheel as Macka rolled to the trailer after heat 2, very lucky!
Mel was working on setups for a hooked up track which paid off in the final with another podium finish in 3rd! The track was mint and the whole meeting was a great night 🤘

Wednesday night race night at B&S Earthworks Timmis Speedway Mildura to support the Sprintcar Power Tour. Let's do this!

Yesterday saw Macka's EH super sedan finally hit the track after a long build. It looks a treat and thank you to everyone that has helped with the build! Brought back some memories for the old boy 🤘

And that's our Aus title fight done.. gained 6-7 places in the final then got caught up in a race incident which resulted in a flat left rear and a dnf...

She's back here for night 2. Night one was a write off for both cars. Macka's unfortunately hasn't made it back out for tonight with another engine. A lot of work has gone into Mel's car today with full diff out and repairs done.

Aus title time! Scrutineering done yesterday, Macka had a practice run today with the new war paint where we blew the 2nd engine in two weeks🤦 in Macka's entire wingless career he's never blown an engine. Engine is out and ready to go in but Calcutta first 👍
