- Appropriate clothing inc. wide-brim hat, sunscreen and closed in footwear
- A small amount of cash may be helpful. ATMS available inside the airport
- A fold up camp chair
- Sealed plastic water bottle (no metal bottles please) A water refill station is available inside the event.

Portland and Mount Gambier put on the kettle, we’re dropping in for a visit this Saturday, 7 September 2024, on our way to the Mildura Airshow

Portland, Victoria
Practice Display – Portland Bay Foreshore Reserve - 10:30am (approximately)
Meet and Greet – Portland Airport - 11:30am (approximately)

Mount Gambier, South Australia
Practice Display – Blue Lake - 2:00pm (approximately)

Unfortunately we won’t be able to land for the meet and greet initially organised for Mount Gambier on Saturday due to strong forecast winds over the weekend.
The Roulettes will need to land at Mildura after the Mount Gambier practice display. The forecast winds are strong enough and from a direction that they could be out of limits for the team to depart Mount Gambier for transit to Mildura on Sunday for the airshow, we apologise for any disappointment.

For spectators, the display in Portland will be flown to the headland at the Portland Bay Foreshore Reserve. Whilst in Mount Gambier, viewing locations on the North and West sides of Blue Lake should provide the best perspective.

Great news! 🚌 FREE shuttle buses will be running to and from Mildura Airport via Deakin Ave for the airshow on Sunday, September 8th!
