This morning at the Sydney Marathon 🏃 in Centennial Park.
We took Sebbie down to cheer. 👏🏼 He had his spot on the hill, flag out, and as always most people stopped to say hi to him first.
Car-free park was lovely. Party crowd, impressive runners dancing to YMCA while running a marathon!
He’s now flat out in recovery. Big morning for a small dog. Nap time with infrared recovery.
Corepower Pilates
Group reformer, tower pilates classes, private sessions. Classical Pilates certification courses. Amy is the studio owner & director of Corepower Pilates.
She attained her certification in the Classical Pilates Method in NYC. Pilates Tower combines classical mat work with the resistance of springs and bars challenging the body in an entire body workout. Tower is upright and works muscles at different angles and the workout can be more intensified with a tower than a reformer. A Pilates Reformer resembles a bed frame with resistance springs attached
Smallest machine.
Biggest ego check.
Meet the Chair.
Everyone thinks Reformer is hard — until they meet Chair.
No carriage to hide behind. No springs to save you.
Just you vs. gravity. Single leg. Single arm.
This is where your “strong” gets honest.
If Reformer is the workout, Chair is the truth.
Have you tried Chair?
