Waitlists work! đ¤
Our classes are intentionally small, which means waitlists are an important part of keeping our little studio running smoothly.
If the class you want is full, pop yourself on the waitlist â you might be surprised how often a spot opens up.

Thereâs so much that goes through our minds as practitioners before we even start thinking about exercise.
For Analiese, supporting a new mum isnât just about how many weeks postpartum she is, what she can lift, or what an assessment tells us.
Itâs understanding what pregnancy, birth and recovery have actually looked like. How her body feels to her now. How much capacity she has amongst feeding, sleep, work, kids and life. And what feeling confident in her body actually means to her.
Because the goal isnât simply getting back to exercise.
Itâs helping her build trust in her body again â and creating a way forward that actually fits her life.
These are the things our womens health practitioners think about, even when we donât always say them out loud.

What if the goal wasnât to get smaller, but to get stronger?
Grip strength is one of the simplest measures of strength, and research consistently links it with physical function, independence and long-term health.
But this isnât really a post about having strong hands.
Itâs about building and maintaining muscle.
Resistance training supports our bones, our physical capacity and our ability to keep doing the things we love as we get older. And importantly, strength is trainable.
If youâre not sure where to start, start with us.
At any.BODY, the best entry point into our gym is an Initial Consultation with an Exercise Physiologist. Weâll look at where youâre at now, what you want to achieve and how we can help you build strength safely and progressively.
From there, our Strength classes are kept to just 6 people, so youâre not getting lost in a big group workout.
Theyâre programmed with purpose.
We use progressive overload to gradually increase the challenge as you get stronger â because doing the same workout with the same weights forever isnât how we build strength.
Small classes. Smart programming. Progressive strength.
Resistance training is for every.BODY. đ¤

Youâve built the experience. Now build the career you actually want.
Weâre looking for an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join any.BODY Studio in Milton.
Maybe you love private practice, but want more autonomy and agency over your career. Maybe youâve considered working for yourself, but donât necessarily want to run a business. Or maybe youâre ready to work somewhere that values your experience for more than how many appointments you can fit into a day.
At any.BODY, our EPs work across individual consultations, Clinical Pilates and strength, with a genuinely interesting client population. We have particular experience in womenâs health, hypermobility/EDS, POTS, persistent pain and invisible/chronic illness.
We value relationships and quality clinical care. That means time for notes, planning, communication and projects â not simply back-to-back appointments all day. Thereâs also scope to develop your own clinical interests, contribute ideas and help shape what we build next.
And while youâll be coming in with experience, learning doesnât stop. We have extensive clinical education, PD and upskilling resources available to our team.
Weâre looking for:
⢠ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist
⢠Several years of clinical experience
⢠Pilates qualified â Reformer minimum, additional apparatus highly valued
⢠Current First Aid + CPR
⢠Excellent people and communication skills
⢠Confidence working autonomously with complex presentations
The structure is flexible. Employment or contractor arrangements may be considered, and weâre open to shaping the role around the right person.

One of the most recent additions to our private clinical room is the INOVA E8 medical-grade air purifier.
For many of our clients, the environment they exercise in matters just as much as the exercise itself. This is particularly important for people living with MCAS, chemical or fragrance sensitivities, allergies, chronic illness, or compromised immune systems.
The E8 has a three-stage filtration system, including:
đż H13 medical-grade HEPA filtration â certified to filter 99.95% of particles at 0.3 microns, including airborne allergens, pollen, mould spores and fine particles.
đż 2.4 kg activated carbon filter â designed to reduce VOCs, chemical pollutants, smoke and odours.
đż High-efficiency pre-filter â captures fine dust and sub-micron particles before they reach the HEPA filter.
đż 100% ozone-free operation â particularly important when we're trying to create a low-irritant environment.
đż Up to 300 mÂł/hour airflow, designed for rooms up to approximately 25 m².
Our private room already gives us the ability to offer 1:1 Exercise Physiology away from the busier studio environment, with lower noise, fewer people and greater control over the space.
Adding medical-grade air filtration is another small way we can make movement and healthcare feel more accessible for people who don't always feel well catered for in traditional exercise environments.
Because sometimes accessibility isn't about changing the exercise.
It's about changing the environment. đ¤

Sometimes where it hurts isnât where we start.
Our bodies donât move as a collection of isolated parts. Walking, running, lifting and even breathing require movement and load to be shared across the body.
Thatâs why our Exercise Physiologists often look beyond the painful area.
Weâre interested in how your body shifts, rotates, breathes and manages load â and whether certain areas are consistently being asked to do more of the work.
One relationship we often explore is the ribcage + pelvis. How these areas move together can influence breathing, pelvic floor function, walking and running, rotation and how load is transferred through the body.
This approach can be particularly valuable for people experiencing persistent or recurring issues such as lower back or SIJ pain, tendon pain, recurring foot and ankle injuries, hypermobility, or simply feeling like movement has never felt quite comfortable.
Weâre not looking for âperfectâ movement.
Weâre looking to give your body more options â then build the strength and capacity to use them.
Ready to look at the bigger picture?
Book an Initial Consultation with one of our Exercise Physiologists and letâs explore what your body needs to move with more confidence.

One final hoorah for our Georgia!
Saying goodbye to one of our own is very bittersweet, but there are definitely worse ways to do it than over long lunch, cocktails and a whole lot of laughs.
Feeling very lucky to have built a team who genuinely enjoy spending time together â inside and outside the studio. đĽš
Weâre going to miss you Georgia, but so excited for your next chapter. đ
