6am just hits different 🌞

Three mornings a week, we get it done before the rest of the day has even started.

👉 Tuesday No Gi 🤼
👉 Thursday No Gi 🤼
👉 Friday Gi 🥋

All Morning Classes are followed by a 30 min Open Mat! 👌

There’s something pretty bloody good about finishing training at 7am and knowing you’ve got the whole day ahead of you 🌱
