It’s so much easier to make the better choice when you’re caught up in the moment, when really you already decided 👀

Example - tough situation arises, you think to yourself, what’s my rule? And then you say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ with confidence, and move on with your life!

Your rule can be as simple as anything, and it’s purpose is purely to serve you! So make your rule, don’t worry about what anybody else is doing, and enjoy living life easier for it! ✨

Hi, I’m Ali dNB 👋🏼 If you’re new around here or want to know a tiny bit more about me, read on ⬇️

I am Cert IV (Pilates Matwork & Reformer) and Diploma (Clinical Pilates) qualified with .education 🤸‍♀️ I have been teaching Pilates since 2018, but have been practicing Pilates since about 2011 when I bought a $9.99 Pilates DVD from BigW and fell in love with everything about it.

In my old life, I was an unhappy office worker who was sick all the time and experienced anxiety attacks regularly.

I’m a Mum to Torvi, a wife to , a lover of the beach & sunflowers, a dog person, and a coffee drinker.

My pet hates include people who gulp loudly as they drink, having wet hands and telemarketers who pretend they’re my friend.

My core values are truth, saving the planet, and helping others.

I hate conflict BUT I will always stand up for what is right. Momentary discomfort is always better than long term regret.

When was the last time you went make-up free to work?? 🧐

Having worked in office environments for over a decade, I realise it’s almost unheard of for a woman to step foot into the building without makeup on. I’m not sure why it is that we feel our faces aren’t fit for viewing by others in ‘professional’ settings unless they’re masked - but I’ve decided against it.

It saves me time (which means longer in bed or playing with my family), it saves me money (only using makeup when I feel like levelling up my look), and it teaches my daughter that we are perfect just the way we are!

And a side note: you can recycle your empty makeup packaging (bottles etc) at which would otherwise end up in landfill! ✅

Ps. No judgement from me if you love makeup and enjoy putting it on each day! So long as you’re happy - I’m happy! 🤍
