7 ways you can increase your daily physical activity…

1. Go for a short walk in your lunch break
2. Park further away from your destination so you have to walk a bit
3. Make catch ups with your friends active, go for a walk together, play tennis, go to the beach for a swim, do a workout class
4. Wake up slightly earlier and go for a morning walk or do a workout from home
5. Do an at home yoga or Pilates class, follow an class from YouTube
6. Schedule your day and make sure you allow time for the gym or some sort of physical activity
7. Take the stairs instead of the lift

Making small changes makes a difference.

All of these are great ways to increase your energy output and set you on a path to a healthier you!

My name is Ailie, I’m 23 years old and a qualified personal trainer working out of .

If you’re new to the gym, needing guidance and motivation or want to increase your fitness knowledge I’m here to help and would love to be apart of your fitness journey.

I offer 1 on 1 sessions, small group sessions, group classes and personalised plans.

I’m super excited to announce my new business that I have been working on for a little while and can’t wait to share it all with you.

Just a little bit about me and my business… 🍑🧡
I am a qualified personal trainer (Cert 3 & 4) I have always had a love for the fitness industry and helping others. My goal is to be able to create a safe space for everyone and to show that it isn’t as intimidating as it sometimes may seem, the gym and exercise can be for everyone.

I, myself have always struggled with confidence in the gym, body image, losing body fat, and maintaining a certain weight due to being diagnosed with Endometriosis and PCOS and it made me want to give up so many times but completing my course in personal training was able to help me understand that there are so many more ways that physical activity can benefit you rather than just how you look.

So over the last year I have really been focusing on my health from within rather than just focusing on what I look like on the outside and this has really helped to shift my perspective on the fitness industry, I have learned to love working out purely because it makes me feel good on the inside and any changes to my body is just a positive bonus. That is entirely what I want my business to encourage I want to create a place for people to truely feel confident in themselves, improve their quality of life, changes perspectives in the most positive way and be someone that you can come to for all things about physical activity.

INTRINSIC motivation means to do something purely because you love doing it and the satisfaction it gives you, which is the perfect fit for everything I’m trying to create within my business so of course I had to make that my name!

Training can benefit you in so many ways both physical and mental especially if you can learn to love it.
