What if you’re not behind?
What if you’re simply becoming the woman who can hold what you’re asking for?
This week’s Wild Flow episode is a conversation on Winter Solstice, Cerridwen’s cauldron of wisdom, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and why the things we desire often ask something of us first.
A year and a day.
A season at a time.
A spiral at a time.
At the end of this episode is a short meditation and journal prompts to take you deeper are in the show notes. My hope is this season feels less like a void - and more like a trusted time of root work, preparing you for what comes next.

SACRED SOLSTICE - blessed Yule, beloveds 🌀
Friday’s Temple asked us to surrender so we could dissolve all we’ve birthed, bloomed, and become over the past year. To strip it all away to reveal only our core essence.
We walked the spiral anointed, ready for passage through the portal of death and rebirth. To lay down the qualities, masks and roles we’ve held this cycle that no longer serve. As we emerged, we rekindled our inner light in devotion to that which we open to receive this year to come.
Following the solar cycle in the southern hemisphere, winter solstice is our seasonal new year. As the sun dies on the shortest day, we are reminded of the beauty of the dark, and to trust that even in the apparent emptiness, the void, when we feel most alone, we never are.
Our inner flame guides us always. Always warning, lighting, holding vigil as we dissolve into stardust - and find our way back to brighter times as our own constant companion.
Today on the traditional solstice date, my daughter and I gathered winter branches and flowers to remind us of the beauty of the dark, to make a Yule wreath to bless our home’s front door. A crown to wear through the portal. A remembrance that we will rise again.
The act of figuring out how to simply get the branches to stay together a prayer, a weaving of intention, an offering of commitment requiring all of us to hold it steady.
Simple, yet how profound to share with my littles.
Blessed be loves.
May the dark night grant you wisdom, peace, and compassion.
May you find a ritual moment to rekindle your inner flame to carry you through whatever threshold you’re crossing.
Blessings to those of you in the fullness of the northern. I feel your light shining down on me from here - and I reminded of the bounty of the light’s return.

This week I was featured in Temple Echoes magazine following my ordination as a Ritual Ceremonial Priestess and becoming the first international Temple Guide Teacher within the lineage.
And whilst I felt deeply honoured, what moved me most wasn’t the recognition.
It was seeing my teacher’s words reflect back just how much my understanding of what it means to be a Priestess has changed.
🕯️The woman who wanted to hold ceremony.
🕸️And the woman who wanted to build something bigger than the walls of the temple.
The Priestess.
And the Coach.
The ritual.
And the business.
I think for a long time I carried a story that one was somehow more sacred than the other.
That the deeper work happened in ceremony.
That visibility, leadership, business and being known somehow belonged to a different world.
What I’ve come to realise is that priestesshood was never the retreat from leadership.
It was the preparation for it.
The women who came before us didn’t remember the mysteries so they could keep them hidden.
They carried them into their communities.
Into their families.
Into the places they were most needed.
And I think that’s our role too.
Not simply to remember.
But to embody.
Not simply to hold ritual.
But to see everyday life as the ritual.
Not simply to tend the temple.
But to carry the temple into the world🌹
This season of my life feels less about choosing between parts of myself, and more about allowing them to finally walk hand in hand.
Gratitude and love always to my incredible teachers Elsa Perez Dean and Elayne Kalila Doughty Priestess Presence Temple & School of the Sacred Arts for holding me deeply on this initiatory path and for entrusting me to steward the temple guide training down under.
If you’d like to receive my Sacred Leadership Letters, comment LETTERS below and I’ll send you wisdom, guidance and invitations as I walk this path beside you.
And to receive news on what Temple Guide Training entails, DM TEMPLEGUIDE so I can share much more with you about becoming our first priestess temple guides this year!💖

I think one of the most confusing parts of growth is that it rarely feels how we expect it to.
We imagine growth will feel exciting, expansive and obvious.
But often it arrives as irritation.
Restlessness.
A feeling that something no longer fits.
The business that used to light you up.
The offer you’ve been running for years.
The way you’ve been showing up online.
Sometimes the friction isn’t there because you’re doing something wrong.
Sometimes it’s there because you’ve already changed.
And the things that once fit you perfectly are asking to evolve too.
Tell me… what feels tighter than it used to?
So many sacred space-holders have built businesses where their income is directly tied to their own live energy.
Coaching & healing sessions.
Workshops and women’s circles.
Emotional labour and space-holding.
We’re taught our power lives in our presence…
But what happens when that presence is stretched to its limit?
Eventually many women hit the same threshold:
“I can’t keep holding more.”
Especially when you throw in the mental load we carry as women, hormones, motherhood, and our energetic sensitivity.
This week on Wild Flow podcast, we’re diving deep into sustainable sacred business, nervous system capacity, overgiving, and how to expand your impact without your body needing to carry every single layer alone.
This conversation is for the healers, coaches, priestesses, facilitators and mystics whose work is powerful — but whose business model feels unsustainable and needs to change.
And most importantly:
Why you do not have to hold every layer live for your work to be powerful for your clients - or for you.

The sneakiest part of an old identity is that it rarely announces itself as fear.
It sounds sensible.
It sounds strategic.
It sounds like “just tweak the offer,” “just fill the space,” “just stay useful,” “just make it work.”
But sometimes what looks like commitment is actually self-extraction.
Sometimes the push to keep going is not devotion.
It’s panic wearing a productivity bra.
When my Inanna Temple launch didn’t land the way I expected, I could have changed the dates, price, structure or promise to try and force it through.
And the old me absolutely would have.
Not because it was the most aligned choice.
Because being busy made me feel worthy.
Being of service made me feel safe.
And not being needed felt way too close to failing.
But this time I did something different.
I paused.
I listened.
I let the stress move through my body instead of letting it drive the strategy.
And I realised the launch wasn’t showing me that my work had failed.
It was showing me that my identity had already expanded, but my business, visibility and public reputation hadn’t fully caught up yet.
That is the threshold.
And it’s the one I see so many sacred space-holders standing at too.
You know your work is powerful.
You can feel the next level calling.
But your business is still shaped around an older identity, an older level of safety, an older version of what you thought you were allowed to want.
So you keep tweaking, adding, softening, delaying, over-serving, overcomplicating.
Not because you’re confused.
Because some part of you is trying to stay safe.
This is the work I’m here for now.
Sacred leadership. Identity. Visibility. Business structure. Nervous system capacity.
The roots, revenue and reputation required to hold your Expansion Era.

The wildest part was realising the fear wasn’t actually that no one had joined yet - the fear was admitting it.
Being seen trying. Being seen wanting more.
Being seen believing in my own magick deeply enough to create something this vulnerable, intimate and real.
Because underneath all the strategy, content, connection and rituals, I realised there was still a part of me whispering:
“oooh careful.”
“don’t be too much.”
“don’t let people see you fail.”
“don’t believe in yourself so loudly.”
So instead of spiralling, I took myself to my Temple.
I moved, I growled, I breathed, I pleasured, I softened. And I opened.
And somewhere in all that, I realised the pain I was anticipating wasn’t actually real. But the cage I’d built around me became real because I made it so.
My self-censorship. The constantly negotiating with myself to find safety over my full. wild. expression.
And, this is exactly why The Temple of Inanna exists!
Not as another women’s circle where we endlessly talk about our lives while staying fundamentally the same.
But as four moons of self-liberation for women ready to stop circling themselves and finally meet the truth underneath the mask.
The woman underneath the overthinking and self-protection.
The woman who wants more life than this.
More freedom to unapologetically express.
More resilience in your identity without the wobbles.
More capacity to stay present when life cracks you open instead of abandoning yourself the second it gets uncomfortable.
The woman ready to cut the cords keeping her trapped in old stories is finally become Queen of her own destiny.
And maybe that’s why Inanna feels edgy.
Because you know this Temple Journey will change you too. Because it will. Your rising is inevitable 🌹
The journey begins Friday online.
