Join us for our kids and teens school holiday workshops, filled with creative silks, hammock and Lyra, plus an acrobatics and tumbling workshop with Miss Kaytlyn.

Thursday 24th September
2 hour aerials workshops plus craft with Coach Bridget.
9.30-11.30am for age 5-8
12pm-2pm for 8-15
$45 per student or book 2 kids for $75

Tuesday 29th September
Acrobatics, tumbling and stunting workshop with Miss Kaytlyn.
9.30am - 11.30am
Ages 6 and over
$45 per student or book 2 kids for $75

Miss Chloe will be taking over from Coach Sarah on a Saturday and running our kids level 1/2 silks and Lyra, plus level 3 silks and open training.

Chloe has a background in teaching aerial arts and acrobatics, teaching all ages from 3 years - adults.

We look forward to her energy and expertise at the studio!

Did you know Aerial Energy is the only studio in Caloundra to offer a clear adult aerial pathway from absolute beginner - advanced?

Start your journey in our 5 week beginner courses that run every Friday night and explore the foundations of silks, lyra and hammock.

Or jump into our Level 1 Silks and Lyra variety class on Tuesday nights 6.45pm - 7.45pm.

From there we offer scaffolded levels up to level 4 silks, as well as creative classes like our Lyra aerialography class every Thursday which combines sequences and routines on a low level Lyra.

We also offer motivated adults the chance to perform in showcases and community performances.
