Official Arrow Tag rule: no catching arrows. 😂🏹

Not because it can’t be done.

Because every kid who tries it goes like this:

“I CAUGHT IT!”
“You dropped it.”
“Yeah, but I caught it first.”
“It hit you.”
“No it didn’t.”
“I literally watched it hit you.”
“BUT I WAS CATCHING IT!”

And now I’m 40 metres away yelling across a field trying to referee a court case. 😂

So we keep it simple: if an arrow hits you, you’re out. No catches. No appeals. No Supreme Court.

Sometimes the best rules are the ones that save the facilitator’s sanity. 🏹😂

Another epic session with Carinity Education – Glendyne!

Plenty of action, teamwork and friendly competition as everyone got stuck into Arrow Tag. From quick strategies to those last-second shots, the students brought the energy and made it a session to remember!

Schools thought I was insane when I first proposed arrow tag as a learning tool for students, I even had some strongly worded emails scolding me for proposing the idea. now we’re busy all year with schools, sometimes the educators just need to be educated.

Take out the medic, and the whole game changes.
This team knew exactly who to target first. They focused on the medic, stopping the revives and leaving the opposing team with no second chances.
