❤️ A little something close to my heart.
In November, I'm bringing Women In The Rhythm - Dance It Out! to a domestic and family violence support centre, offering a free dance session once a month for the women there.
This one means a little more to me personally. I've walked my own path to some extent in this area, so I know how much women can carry and how easy it is to put yourself last when you're dealing with so much.

Sometimes, you don't need another conversation, another thing to work through, or another task on your list.
Just need that hour for yourself to recharge! Great music. Movement. A little fun. A chance to switch off, let go and feel like you again.

I'd love to bring this to more women around Brisbane.

LATIN PARTY MORNING IS BACK! 🔥💃

It's been a few weeks since our last dedicated Latin music party morning… so here we come again with the spice of life! 🌶️🎶

Music turned up, hips and legs and arms moving, we are dancing our way through a vibrant musical journey right into the weekend!❤️‍🔥

No choreography. No skills needed. Just come as you are and you will find your own rhythm and this is GOOD ENOUGH 😉

See you tomorrow for a Friday elevation! 3pm at the Moggill hall. Last week had 80s 90s throwback. Tomorrow it's not about the era, it's about the feel: lots of light and elevating music.
